Traffilog light Privacy Policy:

This Privacy Policy explains how and what information is collected and utilized by Traffilog Ltd (hereinafter: "Traffilog" or "the Company"). This Privacy Policy is applying to Traffilog light application (here and after: "the App").

The App by Traffilog respects your privacy. The App only reflects data collected by hardware devices which are installed directly in the user vehicle.

The only types of data being collected by the App to optimize service are the following.

The types of data which the App collect are:

• Cellular phone GPS location, merely when the phone GPS is on.
• Barcode scanning by phone camera, submit to user authorized. and only when camera operating by user.
• Using local storage for App data, allow rapid navigation between App's screens to optimize user experience.

Permissions:

Installing the App means:

1. Allowing access to the user device camera.
2. Allowing access to GPS and cellular phone location.
3. Allowing usage of cellular phone local storage.

Information usage:

Traffilog use the collected data for App operation and optimize user experience and for these purposes only.

Information sharing:

Traffilog do not share any of the information collected by the App with third parties. Unless, in cases that disclose information required in order to be compliance with any applicable law or when a demand will present by an authorized authority according to any applicable law, or when such disclose will be needed in order to protect Traffilog from any damage including legal proceedings between Traffilog and her App's subscribers.

Cookies

The App using cookies and the cellular phone's local storage to optimize the service. No private information is being collected or used or being shared with third party. 

Information security:

Traffilog takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information, in an effort to prevent, lose, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, Traffilog cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that we receive.

Changes in policy   

Traffilog may change the privacy policy at any time, at Traffilog sole discretion. The use of information we collect now is subject to Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If Traffilog make changes to the Privacy Policy, it will notify the user by posting an announcement on the App so the user will always be aware of what information the App collects, how Traffilog use it, and under what circumstances if any, it is disclosed.           

The user will have no claims and/or arguments to Traffilog about any damage that may be occurred from using the App to the user or to any third party.
